New User Management
User management in Webdashboard has been renewed with an updated foundation and management interface.
The new setup provides administrators with an improved environment for managing users and lays a stronger foundation for future improvements to user management.

Smarter Email Sharing
Sharing PDFs and PowerPoint presentations by email is now a little easier.
The sharing screen can remember previously used email addresses and automatically suggest them when you start typing. This means less repetitive input when reports are regularly shared with the same colleagues, customers or stakeholders.
A small improvement that makes recurring sharing quicker and more convenient.
More Flexible Workspace Branding
Workspace logos and badges can now be adjusted more flexibly.
Previously, replacing a report within a workspace could affect how easily these elements could be changed. With this update, workspace logos and badges remain editable even after a report has been replaced.
This makes it easier to keep workspaces consistent and up to date.
Faster and Future-Ready Platform
Behind the scenes, Webdashboard’s frontend has been migrated to the latest Angular version.
This major framework upgrade improves security and loading performance while providing a more future-ready technical foundation for Webdashboard.
You may not immediately notice every change, but it helps us continue improving the platform over time.
Improved SSO Logout
We’ve improved the logout process for users working with Single Sign-On (SSO).
When logging out, sessions and authentication tokens are now removed directly from browser storage. This creates a cleaner and more secure logout flow and helps prevent old sessions from remaining active unexpectedly.
Better Support for Incognito and Embedded Reports
We’ve also resolved issues affecting embedded reports in private and incognito browser windows.
These fixes improve the reliability of loading embedded Webdashboard reports when browser privacy settings are more restrictive.
