Webdashboard New Features: Q2 2026 Update
This quarter, we introduced several new Webdashboard features that make it faster, easier, and more flexible. New filtering capabilities, improved compliance options, and powerful data management tools help users work more efficiently and get more value from their data.
Paste Clipboard into Slicers
Filtering reports with long lists of values is now much faster. The new Paste Clipboard feature lets users paste multiple values directly into an active Power BI slicer. Instead of entering values one by one, users can instantly filter reports using account names, IDs, product codes, or other criteria.
Because Webdashboard securely embeds Power BI reports, browser security restrictions prevent standard paste shortcuts from working. The new toolbar action solves this issue. Users can now paste copied values into a slicer search field and apply filters immediately. This speeds up report navigation and improves the experience of working with large datasets.

Custom Privacy Policy
Organizations can now add their own privacy policy to Webdashboard. By uploading a PDF document, administrators can communicate company-specific legal, compliance, and data protection requirements directly within the platform.
When users log in for the first time, Webdashboard displays the privacy policy in an integrated PDF viewer. Users must accept the policy before accessing the portal. This creates a clear consent process and helps organizations meet internal compliance requirements. Users only see the policy again when a new version is published.

Manual Tables
Manual Tables allow organizations to manage data that is not available through existing integrations. Administrators can connect editable SQL tables and give users a simple way to maintain reference data, budgets, targets, classifications, and other business information directly in Webdashboard.
Administrators can control who can view, create, edit, or delete records through detailed security settings. Users can also import data from Excel or CSV files, making it easy to update large datasets while maintaining data quality and validation rules.
