Communication (mails, trial version, info screen)

In the communication towards our customers, things have changed little by little as well. You might have noticed our Webdashboard e-mails received a bit of a face-lift.

Further, the words ‘Free version’ have been added to the portal-bar of the trial version. When you hover over this, it shows you exactly how many days of your trial are left. Portal admins can click it and a screen pop-up showing the subscriptions available. We believe it is key to be transparent about this.

Under ‘My profile’, a new ‘Information’ item has been added, via which you directly get access to all information you might need; all our social channels, links to the mobile app download and our contact information so you can send us your feedback, suggestions, problems and questions at any time.

When you navigate to app.webdashboard.com, the new login/registration page shows. In short: Login is on the Left and Registration on the Right, simple as that!
