Refresh now

After we made the switch to configure your datasets/datasource in Power BI instead of Webdashboard, we also removed the Refresh Now option that you could directly use as a portaladmin. Refresh now is back, but in a simpler form. Just the button to trigger the refresh. You can find this button in the dataset settings.
