We always had a separation between settings that where purely for Power BI like adding publish accounts or Power Bi Workspaces separate from setting we considers not Power BI related, like regional settings. We came to the realization that for a user settings are settings. So we should all put them in the same place. So now the two setting screens are merged and divided in tabs.
Tab 1: Settings
Here you can make some common settings like, global language and the displayname of the portal
Tab 2: Publish account (Standard portals only)
When you have more then one user that needs to publish a report, you can add new accounts here
Tab 3: Workspaces (Standard portals only)
When you want more workspaces in Power BI, you can add new workspaces here
Tab 4: Pro (Pro & pro+ portals only)
Here you can configure you app registration that gives Webdashboard access to your Power BI environment
Tab 5: Partner
