Lekkerland puts customer data in the spotlight, professionally

How Lekkerland transformed the way it shares dashboards with customers and suppliers, from cumbersome Microsoft accounts to a seamless experience with their own branding.


The Challenge: External accounts — technically possible, but far from ideal

Lekkerland wanted to give its customers and suppliers insight into relevant reports and dashboards. The solution was external B2B accounts via Microsoft Entra, but in practice, this came with several hurdles.

Invitations came from Microsoft, not from Lekkerland, and regularly ended up as spam. MFA was mandatory on the Lekkerland tenant, but not all customers had it configured. Customers using Google accounts had no Microsoft account and faced extra steps to log in. On top of that, the login URL was technical and unattractive, requiring a tenant ID to be included.


The Solution: Webdashboard — personal, professional, and on-brand

With Webdashboard, Lekkerland can offer its customer portal with their own look & feel and a recognisable domain name. The onboarding process immediately feels familiar to customers, and the BI team has full control. Key features include a custom domain name, their own branding, self-managed user administration, usage overviews and notifications, an API integration with their own website, and the ability to have customers accept terms of use directly within the portal.

Following the launch, internal reactions were immediately positive: the sales team embraced the more professional approach and the first customers are already scheduled for onboarding.
